All year long, every week for one full afternoon, Technoda's staff provides hundreds of children from the greater Hadera region with a comprehensive program of enrichment classes in a remarkable range of science and technology-related topics, including computer science, physics and chemistry. All the way from kindergarten to high school, these children are able to take two complementary age-appropriate classes, one in science, the other in technology.

An impressive testament to the high quality of the instruction they get is the number of fully-paying students from affluent homes in the area who come back year after year to discover more and dig ever more deeply into the worlds of scientific phenomena and technological developments.

Although it is already over subscribed, Technoda is making an effort to pursue its mission by reaching out to families that lack financial means – and often the necessary parental awareness and incentive - to offer their children scholarships to its Afternoon Enrichment Classes. Supported by donor contributions, these Technoda scholarships are often the first – and perhaps only – opportunity for many of these children to receive any extra curricular enrichment. So it is therefore a source of great pride to Technoda that this program is not only an effective means of presenting science and technology to young children but is also a way of integrating and empowering them.
